20th Annual Yard Sale – May 6th &7th

We will collect donations at the clubhouse for the 4 weekends in April starting Saturday, april 2nd. We will not collect donations on the Easter weekend which is April 23rd and 24th. Volunteers will be at the clubhouse to accept donations on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm and Sundays, 1pm to 5pm. Please do not drop off / leave items when the clubhouse is closed. We are requesting that residents not use the sale as an opportunity to dump their unsellable “junkque”. This not only increases our volunteer’s time but our expenses. If you have items that require pickup, please call 903-860-2133 to schedule. Please understand our need to be selective regarding your donations.

We will be setting up and pricing items Monday through Friday, 9 am to noon, as of April 4th in the Community Room. All are welcome to come join the fun. Workers are also needed to work May 6th & 7th during the sale. Call the office to volunteer.

Proceeds from the Yard Sale are used for improvements all around King's Country.This year, the Clubhouse was recarpeted, the interior painted and the Library totally remodeled.. In past years $15,000 went toward the construction of the Community Room. Proceeds paid for the landscaping at the gate and in front of the clubhouse. Renovations to the kitchen and the new sofa were paid for from Yard Sale income.
